The Seven Standards for Spacing Babies

The Seven Standards of Ecological Breastfeeding informs women about a form of baby spacing that:

       • is unknown to most women and their husbands

       • provides extended natural infertility

       • is as “green” as it gets

       • is healthiest for both mother and baby

       • appeals to women of faith and secularity

       • spaces babies about two years apart, on the average.
